My name is Shannon McBride and Southern Utah has been my home for over 37 years. My family's recent move from Toquerville to Kanab, meets with unanimous approval from her husband, Gary and three teenagers.

My husband is the owner of his own construction company, which gives me an insight in the home construction and remodeling industry. After having sold several personal properties throughout Utah, I ventured into becoming a Real Estate Agent and making it a career.
